Return Instructions

Make sure to carefully follow the instructions below, as this is the only way to ensure your return is processed quickly. Our return policy is clear and straightforward.

Step 1 – Register your return by email: Register your return via email at [email protected], including your order number and the item number you wish to return (optional with a non-binding reason). You will receive an RMA number from us via email. Note: Only pre-registered returns will be processed.

Step 2 – Packaging and Return Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition and undamaged (without any usage or installation marks), including the packaging and essential components such as mounting materials and manuals. The original packaging must not be written on, labeled, or covered with colored or duct tape.

Step 3 – Shipping: The return shipment must be sent back within 30 days of registering the return. Make sure the RMA number is clearly and visibly included in the package (a packing slip is also sufficient). The package must be sent using a courier service of your choice, such as PostNL or DHL. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

All returned products will be checked by our returns department for their condition. If a product is returned undamaged and complete, the paid amount will be refunded to the account used for the purchase within a maximum of 10 business days. No refund will be given if returned products show signs of use, damage, or defects. This also applies to incomplete products.
